Due to our specialism in sourcing fruit products from around the world, E.E. & Brian Smith are able to offer a number of niche by-products: essential oils from fruit. All of our essential oils below are sourced from Fratelli Branca, Sicily [Branca logo perhaps??] who are renowned experts in citrus derived ingredients and have nearly 120 years of experience in this field.

These essential oils have a wonderful range of applications including natural flavouring for Chocolate, Ice Creams, Cereal Bars, Cookies, Jams and Patisserie products. The intensity of the aroma is really quite stunning and will add that extra dimension to your final product. Other benefits to using these essential oils are that they enable clean labelling, are highly concentrated so that a little goes a long way and finally due to their origin, come with a highly sought after Sicilian provenance.
