Lemon NFC Juice or Lemon Juice Concentrate
Lemons (Citrus limon) were originally native to Asia (North India and Burma) and are still heavily grown in India, as well as in Mexico, Argentina, Italy and Brazil. Lemon Juice is about 5% citric acid, which gives lemons a tart taste, and a pH of 2 to 3. Due to their tart flavour, many lemon-flavoured drinks and candies are available, including lemonade.

Interesting Facts
- The lemon and lime family are said to be the most detoxifying fruits of all existing fruits.
- The characteristic lemon smell and taste comes from so-called D-limonene.
- Lemon contains vitamins and minerals that are beneficial to the health and some sources state that lemons contain unique flavonoids that have antioxidant and anti-cancer properties. These may be able to deter cell growth in cancers.
