Good Food Wines Limited, one of the UK’s leading suppliers of alcohol, vinegars, and condiments to the food and beverage manufacturing industries has been acquired by Kiril Mischeff Limited, one of Europe’s leading food and ingredient suppliers to the food and beverage manufacturing, foodservice and retail sectors.
Privately owned since its incorporation in 1984, Good Food Wines operates out of its dedicated site in Strood, Kent and employs c. 30 staff. The company prides itself on the high specification of its products and service to its customers, who today include a wide array of the large group manufacturers and many of the most reputable names in the food industry.
The acquisition of Good Food Wines will enable Kiril Mischeff to capitalise on significant revenue synergies, thanks to the complementary product portfolios of the two businesses.
The current management team comprising Mike Yates and Stuart Medcalf will remain in place and all current staff will be retained following the acquisition and the company will continue to trade as Good Food Wines Limited.
