Today (13th May) marks the start of Mental Health Awareness Week which is running until 19th May.
Every year 1 in 4 of us will experience a mental health problem but unfortunately lots of people are not getting the help they need.
This week is great for creating awareness of the importance of supporting charities which are vital to help everyone be able to access quality mental health care when they need it.
The Kiril Mischeff group recognise the importance of supporting charities which are helping look after those struggling with their mental health.
This year the charity which the Kiril Mischeff group have donated to is Mind to help support their work.
This year for Mental Health Awareness Week Mind are launching their ‘No mind is left behind’ campaign as currently 2 million people are waiting for NHS mental health support. By everyone sharing the campaign they are hoping it will create more awareness.
Let’s all try to help by always checking in with colleagues or friends who you may be struggling with their mental health.
