E.E. & Brian Smith source a wide range of ingredients from across the world. One of the main lines we supply is Fruit Juice which can be used in a wide range of applications however the most common application is drinks.
The range of fruit juices we can supply include both Not from Concentrate (NFC) and Concentrate’s depending on your needs. These juices come in a variety of different brix levels and formats.
Fruit Juice Concentrates can be supplied Clear or Cloudy in either Frozen or Aseptic forms both drums and bag in boxes. Fruit Juice Concentrates are produced by removing water from the juice of the fruit which means it is more concentrated and smaller in volume allowing for easier transportation.
Fruit Juice NFC’s can be supplied Cloudy or Clear in either Frozen or Aseptic forms both drums and bag in boxes. Fruit Juice NFC’s are in a single strength form meaning they are ready to drink or use in your product and haven’t undergone any concentration process.
E.E. & Brian Smith source Fruit Juices from around the world including Mexico, Peru, Ecuador, Indonesia to name a few countries but we can also source juices from the UK. On the British Fruit Juices, you would be able to declare these as ‘British’ for your consumer labelling.
E.E. & Brian Smith think it is important to always source from BRC or equivalent factories to ensure a high quality of fruit juice is supplied. All the factories we source from are audited by our in-house technical team. We always welcome your technical team to audit the factories as well if required.
As well as sourcing Fruit Juices we can also supply IQF Fruit and Fruit Purees. IQF Fruit can be supplied in frozen cartons and Fruit Purees are supplied in Aseptic or Frozen in either drums or bag in boxes.

What fruit juices can I buy?
We can offer a full range of fruit juices including Lemon, Lime, Passionfruit, Pineapple, Raspberry, Blackberry, Strawberry, Peach, Pear, Apple, Redcurrant to name a few! Please look on our website for the full list of Fruit Juices which we can supply.
What British fruit juices can I buy?
We can offer a range of soft fruit juices including Strawberry, Raspberry, Blackberry, Blackcurrant, Blueberry, Rhubarb, Gooseberry and Redcurrant.
What pack formats can I have?
You can have either a 20kg or 25kg Aseptic Bag in Boxes or 200kg Aseptic or Frozen Drums. We can also pack into Frozen pails if this packing format is required.
Where are my products packed?
We work with factories across the world depending on the fruit you are looking to purchase. We tend to work with factories who specialise in certain fruits and that country is well known for producing that Fruit Juice. For British Fruit Juice we source from three different manufacturers located in the heart of the soft fruit growing areas within the UK. By being located to soft fruit growing areas it means the fruit has a short transit time from the field to the factory ensuring a good tasting product.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
It all depends on the Fruit Juice which you are trying to source. Provided we have the item in stock, our MOQ is generally 1x pallet which is around 800kg.
Are you able to offer specific varieties of fruit?
Yes, we can offer specific varieties of certain fruits e.g. Lime which we can offer Key Lime for example. We would need to know in advance of the season to ensure availability of the specific variety you wanted. You would be able to declare this variety of fruit on your labelling and we can carry out traceability checks for you if required. If there is a specific variety, you are looking for please let us know and we will try and source this for you.
What are the applications for our fruit juices?
Fruit juices can be used in drinks, cider, wine, squash, desserts, sauces to name a few applications! Let us know if you would like to try them as we would be more than happy to send you a sample to see if the puree works in your product.
Can I get trade credit?
We can offer you credit, subject to suitable, successful credit checks.
What is the lead time on these ingredients?
If in stock, the lead time is generally 1 week after your order has been processed. If out of season or a bespoke production is needed, the lead time might be longer. Please note that most of these lines are produced in-season. It might be possible that product will not be available again until the next crop.
