We source our Anchovy Paste from a long-standing supplier based in Northern Spain and we have been working with them for over 50 years.
The Anchovy Paste comes in two formats either a standard or an MSC certified product. This is a specialist ingredient as the anchovies are preserved in salt for 9 to 18 months then blitzed with olive or sunflower oil and acetic acid to make a smooth paste.
This ingredient is often used in sauces, salad dressings and condiments.
Our Anchovy Paste is BRC certified and sourced from one of our suppliers two factories in either Spain or Peru.
We keep this item on stock in the UK and the minimum order quantity is 1x 23kg pail.
