Apple Dice

E.E. & Brian Smith are a supplier of Apple Dice. The dice is produced by using ripe apples which are then cut into the different dice sizes depending on which is required. It is pasteurised which makes it an Aseptic product. We treat the product with as little heat as possible to give a nice fresh tasting product.

We source the majority of our Apple Dice from Spain, however other countries we source from include Germany, Italy and Poland.

The different dice size options include –

• 6x6mm
• 10x10mm
• 14x14mm
• 20x20mm

We can supply in the following formats –

• Organic
• Baby Food Grade

It is packed into either 215kg Aseptic Drums or 25kg Bag in Boxes. The shelf life on this product is 18 months from production date.

Apple Dice is often used where customers want to be able to see small pieces of Apple within their product. Customers use it for lots of different applications including –

• Fillings for pies, puddings etc
• Compotes
• Ice Cream
• Baby Food

Our Apple Dice is sourced from a BRC (or equivalent) factory. We have been working with this factory for a long time as their agent within the UK.

Question – When is the season to purchase Apple Dice?

Answer –  The season to purchase is from September to November. This is where the price will be most competitive, and you will be able to secure all the volume you are looking for.

Question – Why choose Apple Dice over Apple Puree?

Answer – Apple Puree is a smooth product with no pieces in whereas Apple Dice has texture and pieces of Apple within the product.

Question – Does your Apple Dice have any sugar in?

Answer – No, ours does not have added sugar in it just the sugar that is natural within the fruit.
