E.E. & Brian Smith are a supplier of Apple Juice Concentrate. It is manufactured by pressing apples and putting the juice through the evaporation process. This means the juice is concentrated and you can ship reduced volumes which helps save costs. It can be re-diluted back to single strength juice at your factory, if required.
The main Apple Juice concentrate production areas in the world are The USA and China, however we source Apple concentrate from Europe including – Germany, Italy and Poland.
We can source British Apple Concentrate along with varietals if needed including Cox and Bramley.

It is normally supplied aseptically as it has undergone heat treatment. It can be supplied –
- Aseptic in Drums
- Aseptic in Bags in Boxes
- Frozen in Drums or Pails if needed
We can offer different brix levels and with/without aroma to suit your needs, but the standard concentrate we supply is 70 brix. It can be supplied clear or cloudy to suit your requirements.
Our Apple Juice Concentrate is sourced from BRC or equivalent factories which have also been audited by our own in house technical team.
