E.E. & Brian Smith are a supplier of Apple Pulp. It is produced by using ripe apples which have been smashed not too much so the product is thicker than a puree, then pasteurised. It is treated with as little heat as possible to give a nice, fresh tasting product.

We source the majority of our Apple Pulp from Spain, however other countries we source from include Germany, Italy and Poland.

We can supply  –

It is normally supplied aseptically as it has undergone heat treatment, it is supplied Aseptic in Drums or Bags in Boxes.

Our Apple Pulp is sourced from BRC (or equivalent) factories. We have been working with these factories for a long time as their agent within the UK.

We are happy to supply samples, specifications and prices for more information please contact enquiries@eebriansmith.com or 01844 239500.
