Apple Pulp is produced by using ripe apples which have been smashed not too much so the product is thicker than a puree, then pasteurised. Our Apple Pulp is treated with as little heat as possible to give a nice, fresh tasting product.
We source the majority of our Apple Pulp from Spain, however other countries we source from include Germany, Italy and Poland.
We can supply Apple Pulp in Conventional, Organic or Baby Food Grade.
Apple Pulp is normally supplied aseptically as it has undergone heat treatment, it is supplied Aseptic in Drums or Bags in Boxes.
