E.E. & Brian Smith are a supplier of Apple Puree. It is produced by using ripe apples which are smashed to form a puree, then pasteurised. It is treated with as little heat as possible to give a fresh tasting product.

We source our Apple Puree from Spain however other countries of origin are available if required.

Question – What is the difference between Apple Puree and Apple Sauce?

Apple Sauce is generally thicker than Apple Puree. Often Apple Sauce might have sugar added to it whereas  our Apple Puree is just fruit and nothing else added to it.

Question – How long does Apple Puree last?

The shelf life is 18 months from production date as it has been packed aseptically.

Question – Can Apple Puree be used for Baby Food?

Yes, it is a popular choice for when parents are weaning their baby due to its very smooth texture and sweet taste.
