Apricot Puree is manufactured by sieving ripe apricots and ensuring all stones are removed. The Puree is heat treated and packed into drums. We treat the product with as little heat as possible to ensure a fresh taste with no overcooked notes.
We source the majority of our Apricot Puree from Spain and Greece. Other countries of origin include South Africa, Italy and Turkey.
We can supply Apricot Puree in Conventional, Organic or Baby Food Grade.
Apricot Puree is normally supplied aseptically as it has undergone heat treatment and is supplied Aseptic in Drums or Bags in Boxes.
