E.E. & Brian Smith are a supplier of Avocado Puree. It is produced from mature ripe Avocados which are washed, peeled and de-stoned. Defects are removed and the Avocados are pulped to the right texture.

Citric and Ascorbic acid are added, and the product is blast frozen into bags. The bags are packed into cardboard cases for ease of transport.

The product is frozen and has a 2–3 year shelf life from the production date. We source it from South Africa, Spain and Peru. The variety most commonly used is ‘Hass’.

We can supply Kosher, Halal and Vegetarian Approved Avocado products if required.
