E.E. & Brian Smith are a supplier of Beetroot Juice Concentrate. It is made from pressing beetroots to release the juice. It is put through the evaporation process to concentrate the juice and is pasteurised before being packed. As it is concentrated it saves money as reduced volumes are shipped and can be re-diluted back to single strength juice at your factory is required.
The Beetroot Juice Concentrate can be packed into Aseptic Drums or Bags in Boxes.
We offer a 68 brix Beetroot Juice Concentrate, and this is sourced from Europe. The Beetroot Juice Concentrate is used in lots of different applications including –
- Drinks
- Desserts
- Jam
- Ice Cream
- Cereal Bars
In some of the above applications Beetroot Juice Concentrate is used for its colour and is only used in small quantities.
Our Beetroot Juice Concentrate is sourced from BRC (or equivalent) factories which have been also audited by our own in-house technical team.
