E.E. & Brian Smith are a supplier of Beetroot. The Beetroot is washed, cooked, peeled, checked for defects, and processed into the pickled product required.
We can supply the following types of Beetroot –
- Whole baby Beetroot
- Beetroot shreds
- Sliced Beetroot
- Diced Beetroot
Once packed into the correct packaging required the Beetroot is pasteurised.
We can offer lots of different recipes and we make bespoke recipes for some customers. The ingredients included in the recipe are – Water, Vinegar, Salt, Sugar, and Aroma.
The thickness and dice sizes on the Beetroot can also be altered.
Our supplier can offer retail and plastic jars. They can supply different sized and shaped glass jars depending on what is needed. For the plastic jars they are either 1500ml or 2500ml.
The Beetroot is sourced from Holland and UK. It is sourced from BRC (or equivalent) factories. We have been working with these factories for a long time as their agent within the UK.
