E.E. & Brian Smith are a supplier of Bergamot Comminute. Bergamot is a citrus fruit which has a light green flesh covered in green/yellow peel and the peel is very thick. Bergamot is mainly grown in Italy in the Calabria region. 80% of the world’s Bergamot comes from Calabria! It is also grown in France and Africa’s Ivory Coast.

Bergamot Comminute is an Aseptic product which is processed by the whole peel and pulp both being blitzed together to produce a thick pulp/puree product. The pulp goes through the pasteurisation process.

The product is subjected to as little heat as possible to ensure it tastes fresh and not cooked.  Bergamot Communite can be supplied in either Aseptic drums or bag in boxes depending on your requirements.

We can supply Bergamot Comminute in Conventional or Organic Grade.

All our Bergamot Comminute is sourced from our supplier in Spain which we have been working with for many years as their agent in the UK.

We are happy to supply samples, specifications and prices for more information please contact enquiries@eebriansmith.com or 01844 239500.
