E.E. & Brian Smith are a supplier of Bitter Orange Comminute. Bitter Oranges are grown in the Seville region in Spain. They have a bitter taste and are used in the production of marmalade in the UK.
Bitter Orange Comminute is an aseptic product which is processed by the whole peel and pulp both being blitzed together to produce a thick pulp/puree product. The pulp goes through the pasteurisation process. The product is subjected to as little heat as possible to ensure it tastes fresh and not cooked.
This product is packed into either 215kg Aseptic Drums or 25kg Bag in Boxes.
We can also supply Conventional and Organic Bitter Orange Comminute.
We source all our Bitter Orange Comminute from our supplier in Spain who we have been working with for many years as their agent in the UK.
You can declare Seville on your packaging as the Oranges are grown in this region.
