E.E. & Brian Smith are a supplier of Bitter Orange Dummy. Bitter Oranges are grown in the Seville region in Spain. They have a bitter taste and are used in the production of marmalade in the UK.
Bitter Orange Dummy is an aseptic product which is processed by the peel being discarded and the pulp being blitzed to produce a thin puree known as a Dummy.
