Bitter Oranges are grown in the Seville region in Spain. They have a bitter taste and are used in the production of marmalade in the UK.
Bitter Orange Dummy is an aseptic product which is processed by the peel being discarded and the pulp being blitzed to produce a thin puree known as a dummy. The Dummy will then go through the pasteurisation process. The product is subjected to as little heat as possible to ensure it tastes fresh and not cooked.
We can also supply Conventional or Organic Bitter Orange Dummy.
We source all our Bitter Orange Dummy from our supplier in Spain. You can declare Seville on your packaging as the Oranges are grown in this region.
