E.E. & Brian Smith are a supplier of Bitter Orange Dummy. Bitter Oranges are grown in the Seville region in Spain. They have a bitter taste and are used in the production of marmalade in the UK.
It is an aseptic product which is processed by the peel being discarded and the pulp being blitzed to produce a thin puree known as a Dummy. The Dummy will then go through the pasteurisation process. The product is subjected to as little heat as possible to ensure it tastes fresh and not cooked.
It is supplied in either of the following –
- 215kg Aseptic Drums
- 25kg Bag in Boxes
It is available in Conventional or Organic grade depending on your requirements.
