E.E. & Brian Smith are a supplier of Blackberry IQF. The Blackberry IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) are produced by washing the blackberries and checking for defects. They go through the freezing process ensuring each piece of fruit stays separate from each other ensuring a free-flowing product.
Once frozen the Blackberries are packed into cartons ready for shipment. The cartons are normally around 10kg in size.
We source all our Blackberries IQF from Poland, Spain and the UK. If required, we are able to supply ‘British’ or ‘Scottish’ Blackberries which might be good for seasonal products.
The Blackberries are used in a variety of different ways by UK food manufacturers including –
- Fruit Pies
- Ice cream
We always source our Blackberry IQF from suppliers which are BRC (or equivalent) approved and have also been audited by our own in house technical team.
We are happy to supply samples, specifications and prices for more information please contact email@example.com or 01844 239500.
