Blackberry NFC Juice

E.E. & Brian Smith are a supplier of Blackberry NFC Juice. This is produced by using good quality ripe blackberries. The blackberries are pressed to try to maintain as much flavour as possible. During the manufacturing process the juice would have the cells and pips of the fruit removed. Once made the Brix level on this product is 8°.

Blackberries are a great source of vitamin C but also rich in other vitamins such as fibre and vitamin K.

We supply the majority of our Blackberry NFC Juice from the UK and Poland. If sourced from our UK supplier, it can be labelled as ‘British’.

It is normally supplied in the following Aseptic formats –

• Bags in Boxes

Blackberry NFC is used in the following applications by UK food manufacturers –

We always source our Blackberry NFC Juice from suppliers which are BRC (or equivalent) approved and have also been audited by our own in-house technical team.

Answer – July to September is the best time to purchase as the Blackberries are in season and pricing is most competitive.

Question – What does ‘NFC’ mean?

Answer – ‘NFC’ means ‘Not from Concentrate’ which means the Blackberries have simply been juiced and all the skin, pips and cells of the fruit have been removed. It is heat treated to help maintain a long shelf life. A Concentrate juice has been evaporated meaning all the water has been removed to make it easier for transportation and storage.
