E.E. & Brian Smith are a supplier of Blackberry Puree. It is manufactured by using pressing ripe blackberries and ensuring all pips are removed before it goes through the pasteurisation process.

We source majority of our Blackberry Puree from the UK, Poland and Germany. If you require ‘British’ labelling on pack we would be able to supply material for you to be able to do this.

We can also supply Blackberry Puree in three grades –

  • Conventional
  • Organic
  • Baby Food

Blackberry Puree is normally supplied Aseptic in either of the below packaging formats –

  • Drums
  • Bags in Boxes

Blackberry Puree is often used in the following applications by our customers –

We always source our Blackberry Puree from suppliers which are BRC (or equivalent) approved and have also been audited by our own in-house technical team.

Answer – The shelf life on Aseptic Blackberry Puree is 12 months from production date.

Question – Is there any added sugar in your Blackberry Puree?

Answer – No, there is no sugar added to our Blackberry Puree. It is just fruit which has been pressed down to form a puree.

Question – Are you able to supply Blackberry Puree with or without the seeds?

Answer – Yes, we have Blackberry Puree available with and without the seeds please specify when you speak to us which one is of interest.
