Blackcurrant Puree Concentrate is manufactured by pressing ripe blackcurrants, blending the fruit then putting the juice through the evaporation process. This means the juice is concentrated and you can ship reduced volumes which helps save costs. It can be re-diluted back to single strength juice at your factory if required.

We source the majority of our Blackcurrant Puree Concentrate from Poland. Other countries of origin include the UK, Germany and Hungary.
