E.E. & Brian Smith are a supplier of Blood Orange Dummy. It is an aseptic product which is processed by the peel being discarded and the pulp being blitzed to produce a thin puree known as a Dummy. The Dummy will go through the pasteurisation process. The product is subjected to as little heat as possible to ensure it tastes fresh and not cooked.
