E.E. & Brian Smith are a supplier of IQF Blueberry. The IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) Blueberry are produced by washing the Blueberries and checking for defects. They go through the freezing process ensuring each piece of fruit stays separate from each other ensuring a free-flowing product.

Once frozen the Blueberries are packed into cartons ready for shipment. The cartons are normally around 10kg in size.

We source all our IQF Blueberries from Spain and the UK. If required, we can supply ‘British’ or ‘Scottish’ Blueberries which might be good for seasonal products.

The Blueberries are used in a variety of different ways by UK food manufacturers including –

  • Fruit Pies
  • Ice cream
  • Yoghurts
  • Desserts

We always source our IQF Blueberry from suppliers which are BRC (or equivalent) approved and have also been audited by our own in house technical team.

We are happy to supply samples, specifications and prices for more information please contact enquiries@eebriansmith.com or 01844 239500.
