E.E. & Brian Smith are a supplier of Blueberry Juice Concentrate. It is manufactured by using pressing ripe blackberries then putting the resulting juice through the evaporation process. This means the juice is concentrated and you can ship reduced volumes which helps save costs. It can be re-diluted back to single strength juice at your factory if required.
The brix level for Blueberry Concentrate is 65⁰ and we source the majority of ours from the Germany. Other countries of origin include North America, UK, Spain, Chile, Canada and Poland.
We can also supply Conventional and Organic Blueberry Juice Concentrate. It is normally supplied Aseptic in Drums or Bags in Boxes.
Blueberries contain lots of vitamin K, vitamin C and is very high in antioxidants.
Blueberry Juice Concentrate is often used in the following applications –
- Jam
- Drinks
- Fruit Syrups
Our Blueberry Juice Concentrate is sourced from BRC (or equivalent factories) which have been also audited by our own in house technical team.
