Blueberry Puree is manufactured by using pressing ripe blackcurrants into a Puree and ensuring all seeds are removed before it goes through the pasteurisation process. The product is subjected to as little heat as possible to ensure it tastes fresh and not cooked.

We source the majority of our Blackcurrant Puree from Spain and the UK.

We can also supply Conventional and Organic Blueberry Puree.

Blueberry Puree is normally supplied Aseptic in Drums or Bags in Boxes.
