Broccoli Puree is manufactured by smashing Broccoli into a puree before going through the pasteurisation process. The product is subjected to as little heat as possible to ensure the product tastes fresh and not cooked.
All our Broccoli Puree is sourced from our supplier in Spain.
We can also supply Conventional, Organic and Baby Food grade Broccoli Puree.
Broccoli Puree is normally supplied Aseptic in Drums or Bags in Boxes.
