Carrot Puree is manufactured by using pressing Carrots into a puree before going through the pasteurisation process. The product is subjected to as little heat as possible to ensure it tastes fresh and not cooked.
All our Carrot Puree is sourced from our supplier in Spain.
We can also supply Conventional, Organic and Baby Food grade Carrot Puree.
Carrot Puree is normally supplied Aseptically as it has undergone heat treatment, so it is supplied Aseptic in Drums or Bags in Boxes.
