Cherry Puree is manufactured by pressing ripe cherries into a puree and ensuring all stones are removed before it goes through the pasteurisation process.

We source the majority of our Cherry Puree from the UK, Poland, Germany, Turkey and Spain.

We can supply both Sweet and Sour Cherry NFC depending on the taste profile you need. We can also offer varietals such as Morello.

Cherry Puree is normally supplied Aseptically as it has undergone heat treatment and is supplied Aseptic in Drums or Bags in Boxes.
