E.E. & Brian Smith are a supplier of Cherry Puree. It is manufactured by pressing ripe cherries into a puree and ensuring all stones are removed before it goes through the pasteurisation process.

We source the majority of our Cherry Puree from the UK, Poland, Germany, Turkey and Spain.

We can supply both Sweet and Sour Cherry Puree depending on the taste profile you need. We can also offer varietals such as Morello.

It is normally supplied Aseptically as it has undergone heat treatment and is supplied Aseptic in Drums or Bags in Boxes.

We can supply Cherry Puree in two different formats –

  • Conventional
  • Organic

Cherry Puree is used by food manufacturers for lots of different products including –

  • Ice Cream
  • Yoghurts

Our Cherry Puree is sourced from BRC (or equivalent) factories. The factories have also been audited by our in house technical team too.

Question – Can you freeze Cherry Puree?

Answer – Yes, you can freeze it however the drum or bag in box size will need to be reduced to allow for expansion during the freezing process.

Question – Does Cherry Puree contain any added sugar?

Answer – It does not contain any added sugar. All the sugar present in the Puree is natural and has come from the fruit.

Question – The difference between Organic and Standard Cherry Puree?

Answer – The Organic product is produced without the use of any pesticides, artificial fertilizers, artificial colours, or preservatives.
