E.E. & Brian Smith are a supplier of Cranberry IQF (Individually Quick Frozen). They are produced by washing the cranberries and checking for defects. They go through the freezing process ensuring each piece of fruit stays separate from each other ensuring a free-flowing product. The Cranberries are packed into cartons ready for shipment.
We source the majority of our IQF Cranberries from Canada and Poland.
We can offer them Whole and in different dice sizes. Examples of the dice sizes we can supply include 9x9mm and 6x6mm.
Cranberries are high in antioxidants, fibre and nutrients and the freezing process helps ensure all of these are preserved.
Cranberry IQF are used in a wide range of applications in the UK food industry –

- Bakery products including cakes, flapjacks
- Festive foods – Cranberries can top pork pies, stuffings and sausages for example.
Our Cranberry IQF is sourced from BRC (or equivalent) factories. The factories are also audited by our own in house technical team too.
