E.E. & Brian Smith are a supplier of Cucumber NFC Juice. It is produced by using ripe cucumbers to ensure you get a good flavour juice. The cucumbers are pureed giving fresh notes to the juice.
Once produced Cucumber NFC Juice is normally supplied Aseptic as it has undergone heat treatment and is supplied in Drums or Bags in Boxes.
We source two different types of Cucumber NFC both Cloudy and Clarified depending on the profile you need and what product you are using it in.
We source the majority of our Cucumber NFC Juice from the UK and Spain. If you buy the Cucumber NFC Juice from the UK, it means you can label the product as ‘British’ which is great if you are producing a premium product.
