E.E. & Brian Smith are a supplier of Damson NFC Juice. It is produced by using ripe Damsons to ensure you get a good flavour juice. The Damsons are the pressed, the juice is filtered and pasteurised. It is packed into Aseptic packaging either drums or bag in boxes.
We can supply both Cloudy and Clarified Damson NFC depending on the profile you need. Often Clarified is used in products such as Gin due to its clear properties.
We source all our Damson NFC Juice from the UK. You can declare ‘British’ on your label for this product.
Our Damson NFC Juice is sourced from a BRC accredited factory. It has also been audited by our in-house technical team too.

Question – What is the difference between a Damson and a Plum?
Answer – Plums tend to be round whereas Damson’s are oval. Plums are juicier than Damsons. A Damson is sourer in taste than a Plum and are often cooked not eaten raw.
Question – When is best to purchase Damson NFC Juice?
Answer – The season for Damson’s runs from last August to October depending on the weather. As it is a niche product it is best purchased during the season as there is no guarantee there will be availability after this time.
Question – What is the shelf life of Damson NFC Juice?
Answer – The shelf life is 12 months from production date.
