E.E. & Brian Smith are a supplier of Elderberry Juice Concentrate. It is manufactured by using pressing ripe Elderberries then the juice is put through the evaporation process. This means the juice is concentrated and you can ship reduced volumes which helps save costs. It can be re diluted back to single strength juice at your factory if required.
Elderberry Juice Concentrate is normally supplied Aseptic in Drums or Bags in Boxes.
This product can be supplied Aseptic or Frozen.

Elderberry Juice Concentrate is often used in products due to its high concentration of pigments which means it can add colour to products and bring out a red/purple colour in products which is often desired. It is a popular choice as it is a completely natural product.

Answer – It is a 65-brix product which is made from Elderberries. The water is evaporated off which means the product is concentrated and makes it easier to ship due to reduced volumes compared to NFC (not from concentrate) Juice. There is no sugar or additives added to the juice.
