Elderflower Syrup is produced by an extraction process using frozen Elderflowers. The Elderflowers are placed into a sugar solution and allowed to impart their subtle flavour, then removed by filtration. Lemon Juice and Citric Acid are added to the product.

This product can be supplied Aseptic or Frozen.
