E.E. & Brian Smith are a supplier of Elderflower Syrup. It is produced by an extraction process using frozen Elderflowers. The Elderflowers are placed into a sugar solution and allowed to impart their subtle flavour, then removed by filtration. Lemon Juice and Citric Acid are added to the product. The Elderflower Syrup is 64 – 65⁰ Brix.

This product can be supplied Aseptic in either drums or bag in boxes. The shelf life is 12 months from production date.

The Elderflower Syrup is used by drinks manufacturers to make products such as cordial or can be used in desserts with flavour combinations such as Lemon and Elderflower being popular.

We always source our Elderflower Syrup from suppliers which are BRC (or equivalent) approved and have also been audited by our own in-house technical team.
