E.E. & Brian Smith are a supplier of IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) Kiwi. We can supply whole or diced Kiwi depending on what is best suited to your product application. The IQF Kiwi is produced by washing the Kiwi fruit and peeling them.
If required as whole fruit they go through the freezing process ensuring each Kiwi stays separate from each other ensuring a free-flowing product.
If dice is required, they are cut into the size needed and frozen. The Kiwi dice sizes we can supply are –
- 6x6mm
- 10x10mm
- 14x14mm
- 20x20mm

All our IQF Kiwi is sourced from Spain. E.E. & Brian Smith have been the supplier’s agent in the UK for many years.
We always source our IQF Kiwi from suppliers which are BRC (or equivalent) approved and have also been audited by our own in-house technical team.

Answer – The shelf life is 2 years from production date.
Question – Is there anything added to the IQF Kiwi during the freezing process?
Answer – No, nothing is added to the Kiwi during the freezing process. They are 100% Kiwi and have just gone through the freezing process to preserve them which makes them convenient to use all year.
Question – Do you supply any other Kiwi products?
Answer – Yes, we can also supply Kiwi Puree in Frozen Unpasteurised and Aseptic formats which is great for use in products such as Smoothies and Sorbet.
