Lemon Juice Concentrate

E.E. & Brian Smith are a supplier of Lemon Juice Concentrate. It is manufactured by pressing lemons then putting the juice through the evaporation process. This means the juice is concentrated as water is evaporated and you can ship reduced volumes which helps save costs. It can be re-diluted back to single strength juice at your factory as required.

Lemon Concentrate can be sourced from all over the world, but we tend to source from Sicily, Spain, and Argentina. Other countries you can source from includes Turkey, Greece, Italy, and South Africa. If sourced from Sicily, you can declare ‘Sicilian’ on the label which is great for premium products.

Lemon Concentrate can come in different concentrations including 32 Brix, 40 Brix and 48 Brix depending on requirements.

It is supplied Clear or Cloudy depending on your application and can be Aseptic, Frozen and Preserved in Drums, Bags in Boxes and Jerry Cans.

The suppliers we use for our Lemon Juice Concentrate are BRC (or equivalent approved) and have also been audited by our own in-house technical team.
