Lime NFC Juice

E.E. & Brian Smith are a supplier of Lime NFC Juice. It is manufactured by pressing limes to try and maintain as much flavour as possible. During the manufacturing process the juice would have the skin, pips and cells of the fruit removed.

Lime NFC Juice can be sourced from all over the world, but we tend to source from Peru and Mexico. Our Lime NFC Juice is often used in the following products –

• Desserts such as Key Lime Pie and Cheesecake
• Cocktails
• Smoothies
• Guacamole

Our Lime NFC can be supplied in the following packaging formats –

• Aseptic in Drums or Bag in Boxes
• Frozen in Drums or Jerry Cans

The suppliers we use for our Lime NFC Juice are BRC (or equivalent approved) and have also been audited by our own in-house technical team.

 Question – When is the best time to purchase Lime Juice NFC?

Answer – This will depend on which country you wish to source from in Peru the season runs from December to August and in Mexico it runs from March to October. It is advisable to purchase the volumes you need during the season as pricing is most competitive and product is available.

Question – Do you keep Lime NFC Juice on stock in the UK?

Answer – Yes, this product is a stock line for us. It is packed into Frozen 19kg pails – please contact us for more information including pricing.

Question – What other Lime products can you supply?

Answer – We can supply Lime Juice Concentrate in different brix levels, Lime Pulp and Peel and Lime Comminute if any of these are of interest let us know.
