E.E. & Brian Smith are a supplier of Mandarin Dummy. It is an aseptic product which is processed by the peel being discarded and the pulp being blitzed to produce a thin puree known as a Dummy. The Dummy will then go through the pasteurisation process. The product is subjected to as little heat as possible to ensure it tastes fresh and not cooked.

Mandarin Dummy is supplied in either of the following –

  • 215kg Aseptic Drums
  • 25kg Bag in Boxes

It is available in Conventional or Organic grade depending on your requirements.

We source all our Mandarin Dummy from our supplier in Spain who we have been working with for many years as their agent in the UK. The factory is BRC (or equivalent) grade and has also been audited by our own in-house technical team.
