E.E. & Brian Smith are a supplier of Mandarin Juice Concentrate. It is manufactured by pressing mandarins and then putting the juice through the evaporation process. This means the juice concentrates as water is evaporated and you can ship reduced volumes which helps save costs. It can be re-diluted back to single strength juice at your factory if required.
Mandarin Concentrate is normally available in either 50⁰ or 60⁰ brix. It can be supplied Aseptic or Frozen in Drums, Bags in Boxes or Jerry Cans.
We source our Mandarin Juice Concentrate from Sicily however other countries of origin include Spain, Mexico, and Argentina.
Mandarins have many names, many of which are well known such as – Tangerine, Clementine, and Satsuma.
