E.E & Brian Smith are a supplier of Nectarine Puree. It is produced by using ripe nectarines which have been smashed then pasteurised. It is treated with as little heat as possible to give a good tasting product. It is normally supplied Aseptically as it has undergone heat treatment and is supplied in Drums or Bag in Boxes.
We source our Nectarine Puree from Spain however other countries of origin are available if required.
We can supply three different grades of Nectarine –

Nectarine Puree is used in lots of different applications in the UK food industry. Applications include –

Our Nectarine Puree is sourced from a BRC (or equivalent) factory. We have been working with this factory for a long time as their agent within the UK.

Question – What is the shelf life of Nectarine Puree?
Answer – The shelf life is 18 months from production date.
Question – Does Nectarine Puree contain any added sugar?
Answer – It does not contain any added sugar. All the sugar present in the Puree is natural and has come from the fruit.
Question – The difference between Organic and Standard Nectarine Puree?
Answer – Our Organic puree is produced without the use of any pesticides, artificial fertilizers, artificial colours, or preservatives.
