E.E. & Brian Smith are a supplier of Olives. We can supply Whole, Pitted Black and Green Olives, Sliced Olives, and Stuffed Olives.
The Olives are in brine when they arrive for manufacturing. They are produced to a specific recipe which is customer specific. We can supply lots of different recipes however ingredients used normally include – Water, Vinegar, Salt, Sugar, and Aroma.
Once packed into the correct packaging format required the jars are pasteurised.
We can supply in a range of plastic Food Service and Retail Jars. If the size jar or product isn’t currently produced there would be minimum order quantities of 6,000 cases or 12,000 jars.
Once produced retail and plastic jars have a 3 year shelf life.
Olives have a wide range of applications. Common applications of our Olives include –
- Deli, Charcuterie and sharing boards
- Pasta Sauces
- Salads or Salad bars
Our Olives are sourced from Spain but packed in Holland.
The Olives are sourced from BRC (or equivalent) factories. We have been working with these factories for a long time as their agent within the UK.
