E.E. & Brian Smith are a supplier of Passionfruit Juice Concentrate. It is manufactured by pressing passionfruit then the juice goes through the evaporation process. This means the juice concentrates as water is evaporated and you can ship reduced volumes which helps save costs. It can be re-diluted back to single strength juice at your factory if required.
Passionfruit Concentrate can be sourced from all over the world, but we source from Ecuador and Vietnam. The brix level ranges from 50 – 65⁰ brix depending on what country you source from.
It is supplied Cloudy and can be Aseptic and Frozen in Drums, Bags in Boxes and Jerry Cans.
