E.E. & Brian Smith are a supplier of Passionfruit NFC Juice. It is manufactured by pressing fresh passionfruit the juice is then packed. During the manufacturing process the juice would have the skin, seeds and cells of the fruit removed. The juice is pasteurised ready for distribution.

Passionfruit NFC Juice can be sourced from all over the world, but we source from Ecuador and Vietnam. The brix level varies from 11 – 15⁰ brix depending on which country it is sourced from.

It is supplied Cloudy and can be Aseptic or Frozen in Drums, Bags in Boxes or Jerry Cans.

Passionfruit NFC Juice can be used in lots of different food applications including –

We source all our Passionfruit Juice from suppliers which we have been working with for many years. They are BRC grade or equivalent and have also been audited by our own in-house technical team.

Answer – Passionfruit NFC Juice is a tart taste which is why it is often blended with other fruit juices to make it is more pleasant to drink. It is a tropical fruit so is often mixed with juices like Orange, Pineapple and Mango.

An NFC Fruit Juice is where the fruit is pressed or squeezed. This juice is not concentrated and nothing else is added to the juice. It is however heated treated or frozen to preserve its shelf life.
