E.E. & Brian Smith are a supplier of Peach Puree. It is produced by using ripe peaches which have been destoned and pureed then pasteurised. Our Peach Puree is treated with as little heat as possible to give a good tasting product. As it has undergone heat treatment it is supplied Aseptic in either Drums or Bag in Boxes. The shelf life is 18 months from production date.

We can supply Peach products in three different formats –

  • Standard
  • Organic
  • Baby Food Grade

We can offer varietals such as White Peach and Flat Peach which are great to use in more premium products.

Peach Puree can be used for lots of different applications in the UK Food Industry. Applications include –

  • Ice Cream
  • Sauces
  • Jam
  • Smoothies
  • Baby Food
  • Yoghurts

Our Peach Puree is sourced from Spain and Greece however other countries of origin are available if needed. The factories are all BRC (or equivalent) and we have been working with these factories for a long time as their agent within the UK.

 Question – What is the brix level of your Peach Puree?

Answer – The brix ranges from 7-11⁰ brix from our current supplier.

 Question – Does Peach Puree contain any added sugar?

Answer – The Peach we source does not contain any added sugar. All the sugar present in the Puree is natural and has come from the fruit.
