E.E. & Brian Smith are a supplier of Pepper Puree. It is manufactured by using pressing the Peppers and smashing them into a puree before going through the pasteurisation process.

Our Pepper Puree is treated with the minimum heat possible to ensure a fresh tasting product.

Once produced the Pepper Puree is normally supplied Aseptic as it has undergone heat treatment in Drums or Bags in Boxes.

We can source three different types of Pepper Puree –

We source our Pepper Puree from our supplier in Spain who we have been working with for many years as their agent in the UK.

Our Pepper Puree is sourced from BRC (or equivalent) factory. Our technical team audit every factory we source from to ensure high quality products are supplied to you.

Answer – Our Pepper Puree has a shelf life of 12 months from production date.
