E.E. & Brian Smith are a supplier of Peppercorns. Peppercorns are washed and checked for defects and then processed with brine normally to give them a long shelf life. They would be packed into the packaging format required and pasteurised.

There are different colours of Peppercorns available, but we always source Green Peppercorns for this product.

We supply lots of different recipes however ingredients used normally include Water, Vinegar, Brine, Sugar, Salt and aroma.

We can pack into food service plastic jars ready to use in food service. The Peppercorns have a 3-year shelf life from production.

The Peppercorns are normally sourced from India or Vietnam but packed in Holland.

The factory in Holland is BRC accredited and we have been working with them for a long time as their agent within the UK.

Peppercorns in brine have a wide range of uses including –

  • Soups and creamy sauces to infuse flavour
  • In Salad Vinaigrette
  • Within Meat and Seafood dishes often they are used crushed on the top of the dish
  • As a Garnish on top of dishes
