Peppercorns are washed and checked for defects and then processed with brine normally to give them a long shelf life. They would be packed into the packaging format required and pasteurised.
We supply lots of different recipes however ingredients used normally include Water, Vinegar, Brine, Sugar, Salt and aroma.
We can pack into different sized jars to suit your needs and all products have a 3-year shelf life.
The Peppercorns are normally sourced from India or Vietnam but packed in Holland.
