E.E. & Brian Smith are a supplier of IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) Plum. They are produced by washing the plums, cutting them in half removing the stone and checking for defects. They go through the freezing process ensuring each piece of fruit stays separate from each other ensuring a free-flowing product. Once frozen the Plums are packed into cartons ready for shipment. The cartons are normally around 10kg in size.

We source all our IQF Plum from the UK. You can declare ‘British’ on your labelling for this product. If needed, we can also supply specific varieties of Plum for example ‘Victoria’.

The Plums are used by UK food manufacturers for a variety of different applications including –

  • Fruit Pies
  • Drinks
  • Yoghurts
  • Desserts

We always source our IQF Plum from suppliers which are BRC (or equivalent) approved and have also been audited by our own in-house technical team.

We are happy to supply samples, specifications and prices for more information please contact enquiries@eebriansmith.com or 01844 239500.
