Plum Puree is produced by using ripe plums which have been smashed into a puree then pasteurised. Our Plum Puree is treated with as little heat as possible to give a good tasting product.
We source our Plum Puree from Spain however other countries of origin are available if required.
We can supply Plum Puree in Conventional, Organic or Baby Food Grade. We can also offer varietals such as Stanley Plum.
Plum Puree is normally supplied Aseptic in Drums or Bags in Boxes.
