E.E. & Brian Smith is a supplier of Plum Puree. It is produced by using ripe plums which have been smashed into a puree then pasteurised. Our Plum Puree is treated with as little heat as possible to give a good tasting product.
We source our Plum Puree from Spain however other countries of origin are available if required.
We can supply Plum Puree in the following grades –

We can offer two colours of Plum Puree either Red or Green Puree and varietals such as Stanley Plum.
Plum Puree is used in lots of different applications in the UK Food Industry. Applications include –

Our Plum Puree is sourced from a BRC (or equivalent) factory. We have been working with this factory for a long time as their agent within the UK.
