E.E. & Brian Smith are a supplier of Pomegranate NFC Juice. It is produced by using ripe pomegranates, if the fruit is not ripe, you do not get as good a flavour juice. The Pomegranates are pressed to try to maintain as much flavour as possible. During the manufacturing process the juice would have the skin, seeds and cells of the fruit removed.
Once produced it can be packed into either Aseptic Drums or Bag in Boxes.
We source the majority of our Pomegranate NFC Juice from Turkey and Greece.

Question – What does ‘NFC’ mean?
Answer – ‘NFC’ means ‘Not from Concentrate’ which means the Pomegranates have simply been juiced and all the skin and cells of the fruit have been removed. It would be heat treated to help maintain a long shelf life. A Concentrate juice has been evaporated meaning all the water has been removed to make it easier for transportation and storage.
