E.E. & Brian Smith are a supplier of Quince Puree. It is produced by washing, inspecting the Quince for defects, crushing the fruit and then pureeing them. It is pasteurised which is always done at the lowest temperature to ensure the quality and taste is preserved.

Once produced it is packed Aseptic into either 215kg Drums or 25kg Bag in Boxes.

Quince Puree is used for the following applications –

  • Chutney
  • Jam and Jellies
  • Sauces
  • Puddings

All our Quince Puree is sourced from Spain. We work with a supplier who are BRC (or equivalent) approved and have worked with for many years as their agent in the UK. The factory is also audited by our own in-house technical team too.
