E.E. & Brian Smith are a supplier of IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) Raspberry. It is produced by washing the raspberries and checking for defects. They go through the freezing process ensuring each piece of fruit stays separate from each other ensuring a free-flowing product. Once frozen the Raspberries are packed into cartons ready for shipment.
Our IQF Raspberries are available in a few different formats including –
- Whole Raspberry
- Whole and Broken Raspberry
- Crumble Raspberry
Depending on your application and budget will depend on which of the above products is more suitable.
They are packed into 10kg cartons, and we source from either Spain or the UK. If you need ‘British’ or ‘Scottish’ IQF Raspberry we can supply these for you.
IQF Raspberry is used for lots of different applications including –

- Ice Cream and Sorbet
- Jam
- Fruit Pies and Crumbles
- Yoghurts
All our IQF Raspberries are sourced from BRC (or equivalent factories) which have been also audited by our own in-house technical team.
